Role of the Company (Mediator Clause)
The Company acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service
providers including but not limited to hotels, airlines, transport providers, and tour operators.
Payments collected from customers are transferred to respective suppliers. In case of refunds, the
Company will assist the customer; however, the Company shall not be held liable or responsible for
refund failures or delays from suppliers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Each supplier has its own cancellation and refund policies. No uniform cancellation policy applies.
By booking through us, the customer agrees to abide by individual supplier policies. The Company
will provide reasonable assistance but holds no liability for supplier decisions.
Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Junagadh, Gujarat,
India.
Limitation of Liability & Risk Acknowledgment
The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, death, delay, or damage arising
from adventure activities, natural disasters, terrorist acts, or any unforeseen circumstances. No
compensation shall be provided.
Data Usage & Third-Party Risk
Customer documents are collected only for necessary processing and shared with relevant
suppliers. The Company is not responsible for misuse, fraud, or data breaches occurring at
third-party supplier systems.
